CEAC RMA Service for 
for EU customers (non German residents)
Foreign customers are requested to contact their local dealers or distributors for service. If for some reason you would rather send your defective device directly to Umax Germany, please note the conditions for RMA deliveries below. Due to otherwise complex customs procedures we accept only RMA shipments from EU countries.
Conditions for Acceptance of RMA Deliveries from Abroad:
- the goods are
delivered postage paid
- the
RMA number is well visible on the package
- the purchase receipt
is included (warranty cases only)
- an error description is included
- you accept the return shipping cost (UPS COD)
Shipments that do not meet the above requirements will be rejected and go back to the sender at his expense.
Note: On the following pages you will ask you some questions about your device and yourself. To avoid delays in RMA processing before submitting your data please make sure that it is accurate.
