Dieser Scanner wird von WindowsXP eigenen Treibern direkt unterstützt. Die Installation von Umax-Treibern ist für grundlegende Scanfunktionen nicht notwendig. WindowsXP built-in drivers support directly basic scanning functions of this scanner. The installation of Umax drivers is not necessary. The limitation of the Microsoft drivers is the lack of support for scan buttons and transparency adapters. See Microsoft Hardware Compatibility List.
